I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains from my room. The huge hotel area was perfect for my kids to play and explore. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite not having air conditioning, the pleasant climate made it a non-issue.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

We stayed at a hotel located among beautiful natural surroundings, with gorgeous mountain views that were visible from our room's balcony. The hotel grounds were expansive, providing ample space for children to play, and even included a well-maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist us whenever we needed help. Breakfast was enjoyable, and there were a variety of tasty dishes to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room which overlooked the mountains. the hotel had a large play area for children, which allowed parents some relaxation time. I also appreciated the flavorful food served at the hotel restaurant.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it stuffy during the day time due to the direct sunlight. the lack of transportation options made it challenging to get around, and the limited food choices in the vicinity were disappointing.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made the rooms hot and stuffy, especially during the day when direct sunlight would enter. we struggled with transportation as the hotel did not provide any and there were no taxis in the area.
